Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by Alurio Growth Systems ("Alurio", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Alurio provides AI-powered growth infrastructure services for contractors and service-based businesses, including but not limited to: lead reactivation campaigns, automated lead response systems, customer retention automation, and growth scaling systems ("Services"). The specific scope of Services is defined in your individual service agreement or onboarding documentation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of yourself or your business. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Alurio, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver the Services
- Ensure you have the legal right to contact individuals in your database
- Comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable provincial/state communication regulations
- Maintain your own CRM credentials and account access
- Respond to onboarding and communication requests in a timely manner
4. Payment Terms
Service fees are due as outlined in your service agreement. Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance. Setup fees are due prior to onboarding. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
5. Results Disclaimer
Alurio provides tools, systems, and expertise to support your business growth. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, lead volumes, or conversion rates. Results vary based on factors including your market, database quality, offer, and business operations. Case studies and performance metrics shared on our website reflect real client results but are not guarantees of future performance.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, workflows, scripts, and materials created by Alurio remain the intellectual property of Alurio Growth Systems unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for your own business purposes during the term of your engagement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, or client data shared in connection with the Services. This obligation survives the termination of your engagement with Alurio.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alurio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Alurio reserves the right to terminate immediately in the event of misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
